For slimming treatments:

To achieve optimal results, it is highly recommended to fast 2-4 hours before and after your session. If you cannot fast, we recommend straight protein (no added sauces, etc.) At the minimum, you will want to avoid eating any sugars for a minimum of 2-4 hours before and after your session. This includes carbs, natural and refined sugars (fruits, veggies as well.) If not sure, stick to protein only or fast.

Do not work out immediately before your session. It will be harder to cool the body down and complete the slimming effectively. Working out afterwards is recommended.

Results will improve over the 2 weeks following your session. Additional slimming treatments may be completed 2 weeks after a treatment.

For best results, maintain the best possible diet and lifestyle to accompany the treatment.

If desired you may incorporate detox treatments into your routine such as:
- Infrared Sauna
- Lymphatic Drainage massage or Dry Brushing
- Compression garment
