Before & After Care Instructions

For slimming treatments:


  • Avoid eating any sugars for a minimum of 2-4 hours before and after your session. This includes carbs, natural and refined sugars (fruits, veggies as well.)  If not sure, stick to protein only or fast.

  • Do not work out immediately before your session. It will be harder to cool the body down and complete the slimming effectively.  Working out afterwards is recommended.  

  • Results will improve over the 2 weeks following your session. Additional slimming treatments may be completed 2 weeks after a treatment.

  • For best results, maintain the best possible diet and lifestyle to accompany the treatment.

  • Drink plenty of water!

  • If desired you may incorporate detox treatments into your routine such as:

       - Infrared Sauna
       - Lymphatic Drainage massage or Dry Brushing
       - Compression garment
